    Es muy sencillo.

    • Si quieres presentar una reclamación contra un organismo de la Administración del Estado, puedes hacerlo a través de nuestra sede electrónica(Abre en nueva ventana) . Primero tendrás que crear un usuario en el que te solicitamos: nombre, apellido, número de identificación, contraseña y correo electrónico. Una vez dado de alta como usuario podrás presentar una nueva reclamación así como hacer el seguimiento de todas las reclamaciones que hayas presentado.
    • Si quieres presentar una reclamación contra un organismo de una Comunidad Autónoma o Entidad Local con la que el Consejo de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno tiene convenio (Asturias, Cantabria, La Rioja, Extremadura, Castilla La Mancha, Comunidad de Madrid, Ceuta o Melilla) entonces rellena este formulario(Abre en nueva ventana) y envíalo por correo electrónico a reclamaciones.ccaa@consejodetransparencia.es

     

    En cualquiera de los dos casos anteriores puedes enviarlo por correo postal o entregarlo presencialmente en nuestra oficina o en un registro.
