Estimates (in whole or in part): the Council recognises the claimant’s right of access and urges the Administration to provide the requested information (in whole or in part).
Considered for formal reasons: the information has been provided after the person filed the claim with the Council, so, despite having had access to the requested information, his right to obtain a response within the maximum period established in the Transparency Law has been violated.
Dismissed: the claim to access the information is not recognized for not having legal protection.
Suspended: a judicial procedure is pending in a claim of identical characteristics, so its processing is suspended until a judgment is handed down.
