In this section are available for consultation and download, ordered by years and months, the resolutions issued in relation to claims raised by citizens against the autonomous and local administration of those autonomous communities that have attributed to the Council, by agreement, the competence to resolve the claims in terms of access to public information.

The Council is currently competent to resolve complaints concerning: Principality of Asturias, Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Extremadura, La Rioja and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. The Council has also had agreements, already extinguished, with Castilla-La Mancha (until October 31, 2023) and with the Community of Madrid (until November 2, 2021).
