Data as of December 31, 2025
This section includes data on the complaints received and the resolutions issued regarding access to information within the autonomous communities that have signed an agreement with the Council. It includes the autonomous administrations of these communities, the local entities of their territorial scope and the institutional public sector dependent on all of them (public agencies, commercial societies, public universities, etc. ).
Remember that all these resolutions are published entirely after dissociation of personal data, and are available for consultation in this link.
This table shows the number of autonomous and local complaints that have entered the Council corresponding to those autonomous communities that have entrusted it by agreement with the resolution of the right of access to public information (in 2025 the Council has an agreement in force with the Principality of Asturias, Cantabria, La Rioja, Extremadura, Illes Balears, and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla).

Note: Please note that the deadline for resolving the claims is 3 months, so that the received claims do not coincide in time with the resolved claims.
* This figure includes an archived claim for failure to identify the person concerned by the Administration to which the information was requested, despite the Council ' s request to rectify this omission.
The complaints received can be:
Admitted to processing: They meet the legal requirements to proceed to their examination and enter to assess the merits of the application that gives rise to the claim.
Inadmissible: they do not meet the legal requirements to be examined by the Council (because they are submitted after the deadline, because no public information has been requested but rather a material action, etc. ).
Archivedthe claimant has expressly waived its claim or failed to remedy the deficiencies reported by the Council with respect to its claim.

The claims, once admitted to processing by the Transparency Council, can be:
Estimates (in whole or in part): the Council recognises the right of access of the claimant and urges the Administration to provide the requested information (in whole or in part).
Estimated for formal reasons: the information was provided after the person filed the complaint with the Council, so that, despite having had access to the requested information, his right to obtain a response within the maximum time limit set in the Transparency Act has been violated.
Dismissed: The claim to access the information is not recognized for not having legal protection.
Suspended: A judicial procedure is pending in a claim of identical characteristics, so its processing is suspended until a judgment is handed down.

*It should be borne in mind that the number of claims resolved in a period does not always coincide with the number of resolutions issued by the Council, since in some cases the same resolution may resolve two or more claims as the proceedings have accumulated to retain a substantial identity.
This table reflects the number of autonomous and local claims received in the Council since it began its activity and the cumulative total.
