According to the Article 24 of the Transparency Act, in the face of any express or presumed decisions regarding access to information a complaint may be lodged with the Council for Transparency and Good Governance, with a power of attorney and prior to its challenge in a contentious-administrative way.
To resolve these claims, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance issues resolutions in which it establishes whether or not the requested information has to be provided.
These Council resolutions are published, dissociated the personal data. In this section you can consult, on the one hand, the resolutions issued by the Council in claims against the State Administration; and, on the other hand, those issued in claims procedures against the Administration of the autonomous and local area of those autonomous communities that have signed an agreement with the Council of Transparency and Good Government to attribute to it the exercise of the competence to resolve the claims in this matter.
