In this section, the statistics on theclaims receivedregarding access to information and information resolutions in the field of the General State Administration and the State Public Sector.

All these resolutions are published in their entirety after the personal data have been dissociated.You can consult them here.

In the initial phase, the complaints received can be:

• Admitted to processing: they meet the legal requirements to proceed to their examination.
• Inadmissible: they do not meet the legal requirements to be examined by the CTBG.
• Filed: The Claimant has waived or failed to remedy the reported deficiencies.

The resolutions to the complaints admitted by the Council of Transparency and Good Governance can be:

• Estimates (totally or partially): the right of access is recognized and the Administration is urged to provide the requested information (in tod or in part).
• Estimated for formal reasons: the information has been provided after submitting the claim to the CTBG, which has violated the right to obtain a response within the maximum period established in the LTAIBG.
• Dismissed: the claim to access the information is not recognized for not having legal protection.
• Suspended: a judicial procedure is pending in a claim of identical characteristics.
