According to the Article 24 of the Transparency Act, in the face of any express or presumed decisions regarding access to information a complaint may be lodged with the Council for Transparency and Good Governance, with a power of attorney and prior to its challenge in a contentious-administrative way.
To resolve these claims, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance issues resolutions in which it establishes whether or not the requested information has to be provided.
These Council resolutions are published, dissociated the personal data. In this section you can consult the archives of the resolutions of the Administration of the State and of the Autonomous Communities and their local entities with which the Council of Transparency and Good Government has signed an agreement for the resolutions of their claims.
