- Admitted to processing: they meet the legal requirements to proceed to their examination.
- Inadmissible: they do not meet the legal requirements to be examined by the CTBG.
- Filed: The claimant has waived or failed to correct the reported deficiencies.

After the corresponding processing, the claims admitted to study may be:
- Estimates (in whole or in part): The right of access is recognized and the Administration is urged to provide the requested information (in whole or in part).
- Estimated for formal reasons: the information has been provided after submitting the claim to the CTBG, which has violated the right to obtain a response within the maximum period established in the LTAIBG.
- Dismissed: the claim to access the information is not recognized for not having legal protection.
- Suspended: a judicial procedure is pending in a claim of identical characteristics.
