He has participated in Courses and Seminars in different Universities, as well as in Training Schools for Officials such as the National Institute of Public Administration, the Basque Institute of Public Administration, the Institute of Training and Studies of the Local Government of Madrid or the Center of Municipal Studies and International Cooperation of Granada. He has also participated in international training actions sponsored by the United Nations, the OECD, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation or the Ibero-American Organization for Inter-Municipal Cooperation in Bolivia, Guatemala, Uruguay, Montenegro, Morocco, Tunisia and Jordan on the Autonomous State and territorial decentralization processes.
