The Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act recognizes the right of citizens to request any information held by public institutions and organizations as a result of the performance of their functions.
Means for submitting requests for information
If you want to exercise your right of access to information on matters related to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance, you can send us a request for information by any of these means:
Sending an email to ctbg@consejodetransparencia.es To facilitate the location of the request, please indicate in the subject of the email: "Request for access to public information Law 19/2013 of the CTBG"
Through Us electronic office, Using the procedure: "Request for information". This option requires digital or high certificate as a user at the headquarters.
In person, at the headquarters of the Council of Transparency and Good Government. c/ José Abascal, 2, 5th floor. Madrid.
By postal mail to the address c/ José Abascal, 2, 5th floor. 28003. Madrid.
If what you want is to make one request for information on matters of any Ministry, institution or public agency of the State, then do not use this way, go to AGE Transparency Portal

Procedure
Body competent to resolve: Presidency of the Council for Transparency and Good Governance
Deadline for resolution: one month from the date of entry of the request in the Council of Transparency and Good Governance.
Resources: The Council’s decision may be appealed to the contentious-administrative court. On a voluntary basis, you may make a prior complaint to this Board.
