The Council for Transparency and Good Governance does not have the competence to prepare normative texts (legal and regulatory), but it can adopt uniform interpretation criteria and recommendations for the better fulfillment of the obligations contained in this Law (obligations of active publicity that fit into the Article 7 (a) of the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act).
Also, the law of transparency, Article 24.5it requires the publication of the decisions issued in the claims regarding the right of access to public information, after dissociation of personal data.
In application of the sectoral regulations, there are no documents prepared by the CTBG that must be submitted to public information.
