Recommendation on the agendas of public officials

Recommendation 1/2017 on the publication of the agendas is addressed to members of the Government, Secretaries of State and senior officials of the Administration.

The transparency law, adopted in 2013, does not expressly oblige public bodies to report on the agendas of those responsible. However, its character of public information is unquestionable.
