This Royal Decree-Law seeks to guarantee transparency, responsibility, integrity, traceability and equal opportunities in the activity of legitimate influence of the activities carried out by interest groups in their relations with the public sector.

Promoting the culture of transparency among the entities and agencies of the Local Administration is the objective of the agreement signed between the Council of Transparency and Good Government (CTBG) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and which has published the Official State Gazette on Friday, August 14.

The president of the Council of Transparency and Good Government, Concepción Campos, and the director of the Spanish Agency for Supervision of Artificial Intelligence (AESIA), Alberto Gago, met last Thursday, August 6, to promote the collaboration of the two entities with the aim of making the use of AI in the public sector more transparent and understandable to citizens.

This means that 60% more claims have been filed than in the same period of 2025.

The president of the Council of Transparency and Good Government, Concepción Campos, held yesterday the first institutional meeting with the director of the new State Agency for Evaluation of Public Policies (AEEPP), Milagros Paniagua.
