In these data that we offer updated as of March 31, 2026, we notice a worsening in the percentage of compliance with the Resolutions at regional and local level issued in 2025 (They are 69.7% complete, compared to 80.3% in the previous quarter). A relevant fact: half of the resolutions that are not recorded as fulfilled correspond to claims addressed to municipalities to which information on management of cat colonies and animal welfare was requested: 60 of the 121 resolutions of autonomous and local scope of 2025 that were not complied with relate to this matter.

The Council rigorously monitors compliance with its resolutions in the protection of the right of access to public information and publishes it every three months. Already available for consultation both the statistical data on compliance and those listed in Excel format that collect whether or not each of the estimatory resolutions issued by the Council until December 31, 2025 is recorded as fulfilled.
