Other State bodies and institutions are also represented in the Commission. Its functions include approving the annual report of the Council, proposing the adoption of recommendations, guidelines or guides on transparency and the right of access to public information, and reporting on State regulatory projects related to these matters.

The presidents of the Council of Transparency and Good Government, Concepción Campos Acuña, and of the Independent Authority of Fiscal Responsibility (AIReF), Inés Olóndriz de Moragas, have held today an initial institutional meeting since their recent appointments.
The AIReF is one of the institutions that has representation in the Committee on Transparency and Good Governance, consultative collegiate body of the Council
