The meeting exchanged information on the regulatory framework, the current context and the common challenges and problems in the field of transparency and the right of access to public information, and explored ways of collaboration that result in a better guarantee of citizens' rights in this matter.

La Transparency Commission of Galicia, an independent collegiate body responsible for ensuring the right of access to public information in the Autonomous Community, has become attached to the Advisory Council of Galicia since May 1 of this year.

This meeting is part of the round of meetings that Campos Acuña is holding with the presidents of the bodies guaranteeing the transparency of the autonomous communities.
