Between 2024 and 2025 it was director general of public governance in the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service, leading initiatives in the field of Organization and administrative procedures, inspection of services, quality assessment, transparency and open government, attention to citizenship and improvement of public services.
Throughout her career she has held different positions of responsibility in the General Administration of the State, among them as an advisory member in the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, attached to the General Secretariat of the Salary Guarantee Fund, Services Inspector, and responsible for different information technology units. She has collaborated for more than a decade with the National Institute of Public Administration in training activities and has participated as an evaluator of the Awards for Quality and Innovation in Public Management.
She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Management of Information Systems and Technologies from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the National Institute of Public Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the INAP. It is qualified to perform the inspection function and has specialized training in service management, quality, evaluation and digital transformation.
His experience and strategic vision will contribute to strengthening the Council in key areas such as the Data governance, innovation and improvement of internal processes and the application of artificial intelligence.
