Repeal of the Royal Decree-Law on Interest Groups

The repeal of Royal Decree-Law 21/2026 on September 16 in the Congress of Deputies means that the functions attributed to the Council of Transparency and Good Governance of governance and management of the Register of interest groups of the General Administration of the State and its institutional public sector have ended from the moment of the publication of the Agreement of repeal.
