Compliance with State Level Resolutions

The following file is collected State of compliance as of December 31, 2025 of resolutions at State level (those addressed to the organs of the General Administration of the State and the entities of the State public sector) issued by the Council until 30 September 2025.

For this purpose, the resolutions have been classified according to the following criteria:

COMPLIED: the addressee has notified the Council of compliance with the resolution.
THERE IS NO COMPLIANCE: compliance has not been accredited to the Council.
JUDGMENT: Final and final judgment has been handed down.
CONTENTIOUS-ADMINSTRATIVE: the resolution has been appealed to the contentious-administrative jurisdiction and there is still no final judgment.

(It is clarified that the Ministry responsible for processing the files is responsible for their execution at the time the corresponding decision is issued, regardless of any subsequent changes to departmental structures)
