SUMMARY

A citizen submitted two requests for access to the reports that have been made on Individual Protection Equipment (EPI) in the National Center of Means of Production or any other agency of the Ministry of Labor and the Community of Madrid as a result of the incidence of the coronavirus in our country to date.

The Administration agreed to deny the information referred to in the request made, in accordance with the letters j and k of paragraph 1, of article 14, of the aforementioned Law 19/2013, regarding professional secrecy and the guarantee of confidentiality.

When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance accumulated the complaints and partially estimated them, urging to submit only the data of the reports that have been made on Individual Protection Equipment (PPE) by the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work, whether of masks or any other kind.
