This initiative is aimed at entities that have already been evaluated by the Council in previous years and that have introduced improvements or modifications to their transparency portals. The objective is to verify again its level of compliance. Entities already included in the 2026 Evaluation Plan will not be able to request this revision.
Interested entities can submit their request by sending an email to evaluaciones@consejodetransparencia.es to the point 15 November.
The resulting reports, which will include recommendations to further improve active publicity, will be published on the Council's website.
This initiative is one of the new features incorporated into the Council’s 2026 Assessment Plan, available in this document. link. According to the Plan, a maximum of 50 voluntary evaluations will be carried out.
The entire evaluation process is carried out with the Council’s own resources through the MESTA methodology, developed jointly with the defunct State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL).
