This morning we held the meeting of the Committee on Transparency and Good Governance at our headquarters. During the meeting, the President reported on the activities carried out during 2021 and reviewed those planned for the year 2022 in the Strategic Plan, with special attention to the scheduled evaluation actions. It also analyzed the impact that the sharp increase in complaints is having on the development of the Council’s functions and discussed the measures that are being articulated to address it, especially the efforts to expand the staff and the process of implementation of new digital tools.
