Notable improvement in the fulfillment of transparency obligations by constitutional bodies
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) has just published the report with the results de la assessment of the rate of compliance with active publicity obligations of 10 constitutional bodies and of constitutional relevance, as well as Degree of implementation of the recommendations that the Council formulated for them in 2021.
The CTBG report shows that the degree of compliance with obligations under the Transparency Act, access to public information and good governance (LTAIB) by all the institutions evaluated, has been increased by 20.6% with regard to the one recorded in the previous evaluation. Specifically, the index of 2022 it has been 94%, compared to 75.71% in 2021.
Much of this improvement corresponds to the adoption of the recommendations that the CTBG formulated in 2021 individually to each of these organs, of which have applied together 71.2%.
The CTBG welcomes that the new evaluation procedure implemented in the year 2021 contributes to enhancing compliance with the Transparency Act and encourages other bodies, institutions and entities to follow this example.
