The minister of Transparency and Fight against Corruption in Honduras, Sergio Coello, visited the Transparency Council and held a working meeting with its president, José Luis Rodríguez Álvarez, in which the current challenges of transparency and the guarantee of the right of access to public information were analyzed and the foundations were laid for establishing channels of cooperation between the institutions of the two countries in the matter.

The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of Honduras to Spain, Marlon Brevé and the first secretary of the Embassy, Edgardo Jamil Velásquez, as well as the Deputy Director General of Transparency, Gonzalo Gómez de Villalobos.
