- Of the total number of complaints, 1,778 were filed with the State Administration and State Public Agencies (27.3% more than in 2024), and 989 with the Autonomous and Local Administrations of the seven CC.AA. which conferred competence on the Council by agreement (71.7% more).
- In the year that has just ended, the Council resolved an average of 186 complaints per month, with a total of 2,234 cases resolved.
- As the Council has repeatedly denounced, a very high percentage of the complaints were filed due to the lack of response from the Administration to requests for information.
