The Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG) has opened for participation publish its Strategic Plan 2027-2030. With this participatory process, the CTBG invites citizens and interested organizations to contribute to the elaboration of the Plan, providing their opinions and proposals for improvement.
The Plan has as its purpose strengthening the protection of the right of access to public information, improving the functioning of the Council and addressing the new challenges of transparency, taking advantage of the opportunities of Digital transformation, artificial intelligence and data-driven management.
To do this, they are proposed five strategic axes These include institutional strengthening and digital transformation; the protection of the right to know; intelligent information management; institutional collaboration and multi-level governance; and the promotion of transparency as an institutional value.
The axes are developed according to common principles: orientation to citizenship, responsible innovation, data-based management, anticipation and prevention, accessibility, cooperation, continuous improvement and human supervision of artificial intelligence.
The report on the results of this participatory process and the final plan will be published on the Council’s website.
