A natural person, on February 24, 2025, requested from the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Universities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, access to the complete information of the accounts of an Institute of Secondary Education (IES) of the Autonomous Community, which is partially denied by resolution of April 6, 2025, of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Universities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in which it is invoked that the specific information sought is integrated into the management account, which is of an auxiliary or support nature, so it would not have the consideration of public article 18.1.b).
The applicant, dissatisfied with the response received, makes a complaint to this Board that is estimated, urging the Board of Directors to provide, duly anonymized, the accounting information claimed from the accounts of the IES indicated.
In response to the decision handed down, the petitioner lodges an administrative appeal with the Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court, which entered the Council on 19 January 2006, basing its claim on the anonymization requested.
