Appeal by an individual against the refusal of access to TEAC resolutions
ABSTRACT
An individual filed a request for access to the information addressed to the Central Economic Administrative Court (TEAC), attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, which aimed to know the resolutions of the Court, with individual votes, from December 2014 to the present.
The same individual filed a complaint with the Council of Transparency and Good Governance when his request was denied by the Administration, understanding that it was a request already made previously, considering it repetitive.
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance dismissed the complaint because it considered that the information currently published by the TEAC, in the terms in which it does so, is sufficient to comply with the precepts of transparency established by the Law.
