RTVE Corporation’s appeal against granting access to information regarding expenses at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016
ABSTRACT
A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the RTVE Corporation to know the expenses incurred by RTVE in relation to the participation of Spain in the Eurovision Contest of the year 2016.
RTVE did not respond to the applicant within the legally established deadline.
The Council of Transparency and Good Government considered the claim but suspended the execution of the resolution, given that the remedies raised against the resolutions of this Council of Transparency and Good Government in which cases similar to the present are being processed by the Central Courts of Administrative Litigation of Madrid.
