Recourse of the Administration to grant access to information relating to cogeneration of energy
ABSTRACT
A citizen submitted a request for access to the information addressed to the RTVE Corporation to know the expenses incurred by RTVE in relation to its participation in the Olympic Games of 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016.
The RTVE Corporation did not respond to the applicant within the legally established time limit.
The Council of Transparency and Good Government partially considered the complaint, affecting the last three Olympics, after 2007, the year of the constitution of the current CRTVE. It is understood that giving the information does not affect the economic and commercial interests of the Corporation and that it is mandatory to actively publish all contracts.
