Appeal by RENFE Travellers against granting partial access to information on recruitment files
SUMMARY
A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to RENFE Operadora, attached to the Ministry of Development, to access a file on the contracting of travel services on commuter lines from Tarragona.
RENFE Operadora denied access, understanding that the request was abusive and the information is confidential.
Once a complaint has been filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance partially considered it, since some parts of the tendering procedures are confidential, although information not subject to this qualification must be given. Likewise, it is understood that the request is not abusive since it conforms to the purpose pursued by the Law.
