One company submitted a request for access to the information addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation to access the content of the file for contracting external services for the reception and processing of visas.

The Administration did not provide the information on the understanding that the Recruitment Board had already been dissolved.

When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance dismissed it on the understanding that if the information is given, it could harm the functions of control of the development of that contract.
