A citizen submitted a request for access to the information addressed to RENFE Operadora to know information regarding the management personnel not subject to Collective Agreement that works in the Public Business Entity Group RENFE; in particular, the staff relationship, with name and surnames, the remunerations received annually and the clauses of their contracts.
The administration denied the information because there was another unfinished claim procedure.
When the complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it reaffirming the criteria maintained on other occasions in similar cases regarding the appropriateness of providing this information and since RENFE has not appealed the previous Council resolution before the courts of justice.
