SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Port Authority of Barcelona to know all the minutes and agendas of its meetings of the years 2017-2018.

The administration denied the information because it had to rework it, and the inadmissibility of Article 18.1.c) of the LTAIBG was applicable.

When a complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it because it considered that the alleged cause of inadmissibility did not apply, since only a search and preparation of the documentation must be carried out, which does not constitute reprocessing.
