SUMMARY

A citizen presented a letter addressed to the Port Authority of A Coruña requesting information regarding documentation of the Court of Auditors’ file, on patrimonial responsibility in relation to the execution of the construction works of the external port of Punta Langosteira, exercises 2012, 2013 and 2014.

The administration did not respond to the letter and the citizen complained to the Council of Transparency and Good Government.

When the complaint was filed, the Transparency Council considered it, on the understanding that the limitation of confidentiality was not applicable since it was not duly justified, nor the causes of inadmissibility of Article 18.1, paragraphs (b) and (e) of the LTAIBG, alleged by the Administration.
