SUMMARY

One association submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Defense to know the evidence of knowledge, templates of results and practical cases in the tests of access to the military and military legal health corps.

The Administration denied the information on the grounds that it was confidential.

When the complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it, since this confidentiality is not appreciated and the Ministry does not sufficiently justify it and there are precedents on the same matter that have been estimated.
