SUMMARY

A Union filed a request for access to information addressed to ADIF and ADIF-High Speed to access information on the relationship and remuneration of its management personnel not subject to the Collective Agreement. Likewise, he requested a copy of the signed contracts.

The companies did not respond to the access request.

The Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered the complaint, since providing information does not affect the protection of personal data, since it is related to personnel who make binding decisions in companies and because trade unions have the right to obtain information in the exercise of the prerogatives granted by the law of transparency.
