A citizen submitted a request for access to the information addressed to the Ministry of Justice to access his extradition file sent by the Turkish authorities to the Spanish authorities.
The Ministry denied the information because the applicant is not interested.
The Council of Transparency and Good Governance rejected the complaint, since the international bilateral agreement between Spain and Turkey prevents the transfer of personal data to third parties other than the signatory parties, including the extradited party itself.
