SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands to know the agendas and agreements of its Board of Directors, as well as the result of the votes and the identity of the attendees.

The Administration did not respond to the request for access.

Once the complaint has been filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance partially estimated it, since there is no time period to refer to the request, so only those prepared after the entry into force of the LTAIBG must be delivered.
