SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to the information, addressed to Correos and Télégraphs to know the complete list of properties bought or rented by Correos in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia.

Correos did not respond to the request, alleging that it was submitted by an unusual route.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, since the request was sent by registered mail to its official address and the Law of Transparency, Access to Information and Good Governance, in its article 8.3, requires the obligated subjects to publish ex officio the list of properties owned or over which they hold any real right.
