A citizen submitted a request for access to information, addressed to the Ministry of Finance to obtain the publication of all the administrative economic claims resolutions of the Regional Economic Administrative Court (TEAR) of Murcia.
The TEAR denied the request because it considered it abusive. He also understood that he was already publishing the main resolutions on the subject with legal significance.
When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Government rejected it, given that there are precedents in the courts of justice that understand that only those that constitute doctrine should be published, not all resolutions in a massive and indiscriminate manner. Likewise, the management databases of the economic and administrative bodies cannot be widely accessible to the public.
