The Company Committee submitted a request for access to information, addressed to the Port Authority of Marín and Ría de Pontevedra, to obtain its Company Plan of 2018.
The Port Authority denied the request because it considered that there is a specific regime for access to the information contained in the Organic Law on Freedom of Association.
When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, given that there are precedents in the courts of justice that understand that business plans must be published, since there is no real damage to their economic and commercial interests and since this type of document has previously been made public by the Administration.
