SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to the information, addressed to the Ministry of Justice, to have access to all the documents of the administrative file of the exhumation of Francisco Franco.

The Administration denied the request for affecting the information to certain judicial processes in custody, specifically 15.

When a complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance considered it in the part relating to the final documents, not the procedural ones, since the damages indicated are not appreciated, since the required documents have not been expressly prepared by the Ministry for the courts, nor is it appreciated that the equality of parties before them is put at risk.
