A citizen submitted a request for access to information addressed to the Ministry of Justice in order to know the information on the unregistered property of the Catholic Church in the property records.
The Ministry of Justice denied the information on the grounds that it was in the process of being prepared.
When the complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, since there is evidence that there has been a complete report in its possession on this matter for more than a year.
