SUMMARY

A citizen submitted an application for access to the Ministry of Justice to obtain certain documentation from the Health and Nature Foundation, also known as the FTN Natural Therapies Foundation. In particular: the annual accounts and action plans, the founding act, the first action programme, the history of board members and the Statutes.

The Ministry replied to the applicant, sending him information that the applicant considered insufficient.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance considered it, stating in the file that part of the information requested was provided prior to issuance to the applicant to web links where the request was allegedly contained. However, these must be links that work correctly, a circumstance denied by the claimant, who has expressly indicated that the links provided do not work, a fact that this Council cannot call into question and even more so when, as we have reiterated, we do not have the resolution dictated by the Administration.
