SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to the Ministry of Justice to access certain documentation of the Toro de Lidia Foundation. In particular: the annual accounts, the action plans, the founding act, the first action programme, the history of board members and the Statutes.

The Ministry did not reply to the applicant.

The Council of Transparency and Good Governance partially considered the complaint due to administrative silence, since it understood that the Administration has referred the complainant to links that do not work and that what is relevant is the information on the current composition of the Foundation’s board of trustees and not the history of the Foundation, its accounts and plans, the founding act and its Statutes and members (appointments and dismissals).
