RCA197. Labour and Social Security Inspectorate. Minutes and other tender documents relating to safety and cleanliness a
SUMMARY
A citizen requested from the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate the minutes and other documents of the tenders on security and cleaning various Provincial Inspectorates.
In its response, the Administration referred the applicant to the web page of the State Contracting Platform. It considered that the request, in referring to a high volume of information, was abusive and that, due to the nature of some of the information requested, its access could result in harm to economic and commercial interests.
When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance understood in its resolution that the information requested is related to the purpose of the transparency law and allows accountability in the use of public funds. Therefore, after identifying the specific documents that had that purpose, the complaint filed was partially estimated.
