SUMMARY
A citizen submitted a request for access to the Ministry of Finance to obtain a copy of some files of the 2018 financial year, related to the Income Tax return.

The Administration did not respond to the request.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance rejected it, since the claimant is interested in the procedures that it intends to access, resulting in the application of paragraph 1 of the First Additional Provision of the transparency law: “The regulations governing the corresponding administrative procedure shall apply to access by those who have the status of interested in an ongoing administrative procedure to the documents that are integrated therein.”.
