SUMMARY

A citizen submitted a request for access to the General Council of Physiotherapist Colleges of Spain to access documents on the translation into Spanish, from Catalan, of a Resolution of the Rector in file initiated at the University of Lleida for alleged accusations about sexist comments, inappropriate behaviors or behaviors of a similar or similar nature, or eventually discriminatory of a third party.

The General Council denied the information because it lacked the permission of the data subject and the right to the protection of their personal data could be violated.

When a complaint was filed, the Council of Transparency and Good Governance rejected it since the request is not covered by Administrative Law and, consequently, the LTAIBG does not apply to a Public Law Corporation.
