SUMMARY

Claim against refusal of access to a full copy of the administrative file and the composition of the qualifying court in evidence of access to the Consortium of the Free Zone of Vigo.

A citizen submitted an application for access to the Consortium of the Free Zone of Vigo of the Ministry of Finance, requesting information on all the proceedings, proceedings, minutes, offices and resolutions in the exercises, the second test of the call and a copy of the composition of the Court qualifying the evidence.

The Administration denied access due to administrative silence.

When the complaint was filed, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance dismissed the complaint, as the information had already been provided to the complainant on two occasions.
